As an independent boutique, we are nimble enough to efficiently handle searches on a contingency, hybrid and retained basis, yet robust enough to act as the operational infrastructure for contractors, allowing the client to focus on its core mission.

Our Leadership
Heidi B. Rosen, founder and Principal of Clinical Dynamix, Inc. leads a seasoned team of executive recruiters who exceed client expectations by identifying the right individual for each opportunity. Heidi began in the clinical research placement industry two years prior to launching Clinical Dynamix, and has continually provided confidential, high-touch engagement to each client and candidate throughout her distinguished career. In addition to her professional career, Heidi also co-founded a non-profit organization that raises significant funds for Parkinson’s research.
Andy Sheppard, Vice President, has been with Clinical Dynamix for over 14 years. Prior to joining the team, Andy worked in the Physician Recruitment Industry for nine years placing Physicians nationally within private practices, hospitals and healthcare systems. Andy also holds a JD, and offers his experience in reviewing contracts as an additional resource to CDX candidates. He and his wife are the proud parents of triplet boys.
